What Zogics products do you use?
Zogics gym wipes.
What do you like most about Zogics products/service?
The ease of replacement and quality of the product. Prior to Zogics, I would soak a wipe roll in disinfectant for an hour and place the drippy mess in the dispenser!
If you’ve previously ordered from another company, what makes our product/service better?
Same as above with better protection.
How does a clean gym help you attract/retain members?
The Lenox Fitness Center prides itself on cleanliness. We are constantly cleaning and disinfecting. Our members tell us frequently how pleased they are with the attention to detail. I personally close every night making certain all equipment is sprayed, bathrooms are sanitized and floors are mopped and bleached.
What advice do you have for other club owners about keeping their facility clean?
You learn by example. If you train yourself and your staff to wipe down machines after use it is contagious. Have the staff take extra time to wipe, sweep, dust and mop, even during the day and heavy traffic times. The members will appreciate it.
What’s your favorite fitness activity?
I personally love the classes. The friendships and support a member finds in the class atmosphere is priceless. From Cancer, to lose of a partners, someone is always there with a friendly word.
Care to offer an interesting tidbit about yourself?
I think I am the only gym owner that is a great grandmother. I have 4 children, 7 grand children and 2 1/2 great grand children. I am also 4 in a 5 generation family for the 3rd time in my life. Fitness works!
Have a funny story to share about something that’s happened at your gym?
I had an older gentleman come to me, when the power was knocked out due to a snow storm, and ask if it were OK to flush the toilet!
