From Employee to Entrepreneur: Zogics LaunchCash Paves the Way for Career Transitions

We are thrilled to announce our newest employee benefit: Zogics LaunchCash, which is aimed at supporting the entrepreneurial aspirations of our employees. This unique benefit is designed to motivate members of the Zogics team who aspire to turn their passion projects or lifelong goals into full-time careers. It originated from the vision of our CEO, Paul LeBlanc, who is an entrepreneur at heart.

As a company that values growth and development, we understand that some of our employees may eventually want to pursue their own businesses. That's why we are excited to offer LaunchCash to full-time employees who have been with us for at least a year.

How LaunchCash Works

Through LaunchCash, eligible employees can receive up to $5,000 towards the launch of their own full-time business. The amount starts at $2,000 and increases by $500 for each additional year of employment. While we recognize that this may not cover all the costs of starting a business, we hope it can help with crucial expenses like website development, product purchasing, and rent payments, among other new business needs.

We believe that investing in our employees' personal and professional development is crucial to our success as a company. We are committed to providing our employees with the tools, resources, and support they need to achieve their goals, both inside and outside of the company.

LaunchCash joins our suite of enticing employee benefits including Competition Cash that inspires employees to compete in events like marathons, races, and more by providing a $250 annual allowance for entry, HealthCash, where employees earn $6.50 for each hour they exercise (up to $100 per month) to spend on health and wellness related expenses, our Pawternity Policy which offers paid leave and a lifetime of free Zogics Pet pet care products, among many other company benefits.
